Our team is very excited to have you with us!

We are ready to guide you to CONFIDENT & SEXY SKIN. We know how challenging the day-to-day life can be, which is why we created an environment where you can unwind, & relax for a change. We are always focused on making you happy and bringing a sense of fun and relaxation to every encounter with you. Here’s what happens after you book an appointment with us.

First, You’ll have your consult with one of our highly trained medical staff members. So we can come up with a customized beauty, wellness, and weight loss treatment path to fit your goals.

Next, you’ll experience your first treatment.  We also encourage you to arrive on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, & charge a fee. This is a part of our cancellation policy

Then, you’ll get post-care instructions, so we can make sure you get the maximum results from your visit with us. 

Finally, we’ll get your future appointments booked, so you can move toward the goals you’re hoping to achieve! 

Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time.  We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the Policies of Appointment for remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 15 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee of $100.00

 

 

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Spoken  Med Spa has a 48 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment (including follow ups appointments) that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:

 

If a client has no shown and/or late canceled 3 times, client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Spoken Med Spa.

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps.  We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Jurney Med Spa team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services or/and or products rendered.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

 

 

Retail:

We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.

 

 

Children Policy

At Spoken Med Spa, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment.  This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.

 

 

 

Pet Policy

Although we like fur babies, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to Spoken Med Spa. Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.

Booking Requirements

Debit/Credit Card is required to be put on file to secure ALL appointments.

  • Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 min late, your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled. If we are able to take you a $100 late fee will be applied.

  • If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please reschedule your appointment: cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.  

  • No children under 13  

  • Children over 13 may get services with adult consent 

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to service you, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a $100 NONREFUNDABLE Cancellation fee 

  • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours. If 48-hour notice is not given you will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee (This applies to all services that do not have a specific deposit amount; even IF the service is less than $100).

  • If you have purchased a package of services and a 48-hour notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, a $100 fee will be applied to your visit.

  • If you do not call and/ or no show there is a $100 fee that will be charged and a deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
