Welcome to Spoken Med Spa LLC. By accessing or using our services and/or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. General Information

 

Service Provider: Spoken Med Spa LLC

 

2. Appointments and Cancellations

 

Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or online through our booking system. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

 

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late there will be a tardy fee of $100 accessed.

 

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equivalent to $100 per incidence.

 

3. Payment Terms

 

Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, Klarna, Care Credit, Cherry, and AFFRIM . Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss any concerns.

 

Package Purchases: All package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Medical and Health Information

 

Disclosure of Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history and health information prior to receiving any treatments. Spoken Med Spa LLC is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or medications.

Consultations: Some treatments may require a prior consultation to determine eligibility. During the consultation, our providers will discuss potential risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.

 

5. Service Limitations

 

Right to Refuse Service: Spoken Med Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client if we believe that the treatment is not in the client's best interest or if the client is not a suitable candidate for the service.

 

Treatment Results: While we strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for any treatment or product.

 

6. Liability and Waiver

 

Assumption of Risk: By receiving services or products at Spoken Med Spa LLC, clients assume all risks associated with the treatments provided. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

 

Waiver of Liability: Clients agree to release Spoken Med Spa LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims or damages arising from the services provided and/or products, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

 

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

 

Client Information: We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All personal and medical information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.

 

8. Data Protection: Spoken Med Spa LLC complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

 

Spoken Med Spa LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

 

By using our services and/or products, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

11. Failure to Follow-Up Post-Aesthetic Procedures

 

At Spoken Med Spa LLC, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients. It is mandatory for all clients to attend scheduled follow-up appointments after receiving aesthetic treatments. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in disqualification from receiving any further treatments, corrections, or enhancements related to the initial procedure. Refusal,missed or forgotten of the follow-up, appointment clients forfeit their eligibility for touch-ups, adjustments, or any corrective services. This policy ensures that we can monitor and maintain the quality and safety of all procedures performed at our clinic.

Cancellations & Refunds

* All subscription payments must be made in full 3 days prior to any mentoring or shadowing training can take place.
* It is the responsibility of both the mentee and the mentor to arrange training appointments at a time that suits both parties.
* It is the responsibility of both the shadower and the instructor to arrange training appointments at a time that suits both parties.
* If you wish to cancel or reschedule a phone call, Zoom meeting or training session you must do so with at least 48 hrs notice and notify your mentor/instructor directly to rearrange.
* There are no refunds for missed and/or tardy shadow and/or mentee sessions
